Fill in the Blank Dating

Online dating has become a pretty popular choice for people searching for that special someone. Dating websites all boast about their chosen techniques as the best means of getting connected with that perfect someone. Recently, a new dating website has popped up that is pairing couples based on their idea of what a first date should be.

A New York Times article shares the story of this interesting new concept for matching up New York singles online. Each person on the website completes the sentence, “How about we …” Based on their answers, they are then selected (or not) for a date.

The article goes on to talk about what this dating service is finding out about people from its unique match-making criteria:

‘What’s interesting about it is the way that we try to show that we’re special and unique is that we like to do things just like everybody else,’ Professor Cheshire said with a chuckle.
